In online counseling, we lend ring kits to customers who request them.
We will send you a ring sample, ring gauge, and order form after confirming the ¥10,000 security deposit and the loan agreement.
If there are too many customers requesting or making a reservation, we may not be able to send it to you right away.
After receiving the ring kit, please return it within one week.
About the security deposit for the ring kit [In the case of a contract]
Please pay the difference at the time of payment.

After confirming the return of the kit, we will process the refund. Please note that credit card company or bank fees will be deducted from the refund.
