About returns and exchanges
・If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days after you receive the item with your order number and reason via the inquiry form or by phone. Depending on the condition of the product and the reason, we may not be able to meet your request. Please include the accessories that were included with the product and the delivery note, and return the product at your own expense. After confirming the condition of the returned item, we will process the refund. If we can confirm that the item is in mint condition, we will refund the amount after deducting the handling fee within one week using the same method of payment.
・Samples are delivered free of charge, so if you are unsure about the size or fit, we recommend checking before purchasing.
・In the unlikely event that the product is defective, we will exchange it for a new product after paying the return shipping fee. If there is no replacement product, we will refund the product price.
・For hygienic reasons, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges of pierced earrings for personal reasons.
・Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
- If more than 8 days have passed since the product arrived - If the product has already been used or if there is evidence that it has been used - The product has been soiled or damaged by the customer - Accessories, tags, boxes, etc. Insufficient - If there is processing such as a size adjustment order
